SMOKY MARGARITA ~ no fire here, just plenty of subtle infused smoky flavor derived from a complex stack of black teas and ethereal citrus-y bergamot that perfectly complements the natural earthiness of tequila and the tart tang of fresh lime in this elevated form of the classic Margarita. A sure-fire favorite!

ROSSAMARY G&T ~ possibly the perfect cocktail.  Take a classic Gin & Tonic and add a bit of gourmet flavor depth with notes of tangy hibiscus, and the tart Mediterranean citrus of grapefruit, orange, and Omani lime.  Great for a cool-down after an afternoon in the sun, or as a warm up to a relaxing evening.  

FIRESIDE FIZZ ~ … light and bubbly with just the right amount of seasonal flavor. Lemon verbena-, yerba mate-, and ginger-infused gin forms the ideal base for crisp and airy sparkling apple in this sweater-weather Gin Fizz variation. Perfect for a festive cocktail hour, or a quiet moment of enjoyment by a roaring fire.

MOCHA MARTINI ~ as the legend goes, a cocktail invented to ‘wake you up, and @#$%& you up’ in equal measure. While we always counsel moderation, there is no denying the galvanizing effect of this eye-opening combination of vodka, coffee, and - in this case - subtle, velvety chocolate. Take that, Early-Night-In!

RUM NOUS NOUS ~ Morocco has a rich tradition of spiced coffee - served in espresso form, or “nous nous” (half-half) with cream. We add those exotic spices easily into this warm rum-based cocktail through infusion, where rich coffee intermingles with notes of cardamom, cacao, and rose petals. Perfect after-dinner or standalone.

PEPPERMINT FIZZ ~ rich holiday-season food is a glorious once-a-year indulgence - but one that can overwhelm at times! This mint-infused variation of the classic Gin Fizz with its effervescent club soda and seasonal cranberry is a perfectly refreshing way to lighten things up a bit - more Nice than Naughty!
