Here's how this drinking game works: Players take turns drawing cards from the deck. If you draw a Build Card, each player that the card describes must add a block to the tower. If you pull a Sabotage Card, then do some stretches and get ready to complete a physical challenge WHILE you add the block. Just remember to take a sip for every block you add!
