About the Author: Jill Barry-Cowan was born and raised in Michigan. A true 'Michigander,' Jill attended Michigan State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in marketing. Jill comes from a large family of 7. She grew up loving to read to children. Writing a children's book was a lifelong dream of hers. Jill, who lives in a beach town in West Michigan, spends her days reading and playing in her garden. She lives with her husband of 8 years and their two beautiful, sassy dogs.
